How do I pay?
Due to often occurring connection problems or power outs, we ask for cash payments in USD or Kwacha. USD is our standard, so we will use a converter to calculate the amount in Kwacha if necessary. ATM's are available in Livingstone city center.
Tips are not included in this part of the world.
How does our service work?
We offer a wide range of activities. It's as simple as it gets: you book via our website, WhatsApp, email or phone and we'll provide you with a confirmation. At the agreed time, we'll pick you up at your accommodation and take you on the adventure you bought. For the packages and day trips, food and drinks are provided. We carry water for all activities. Have a look at the description of the activity you are booking: it will always say what is included.
After making some great new memories, we'll drop you off back at your accommodation or somewhere else. We pick-up and drop-off everywhere within in the Livingstone and Victoria Falls area in Zambia.

Our pricing varies depending on the activity that you want to do. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. In general, we are amongst the cheapest providers in the area. Especially with our all-inclusive package deals.

What do I need to bring?
Passport

Can we always adhere to your reservation?
Most of the times, we can. But we can't guarantee: we work with multiple partners, a harsh African climate and an unpredictable nature. If we experience any difficulties, we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
What kind of activities do we offer?
Vic-Falls.org offers a wide variety of activities. Almost everything that you can do in the surroundings of the Victoria Falls, Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and Livingstone city. We offer unique all-inclusive packages, game drives, walking safaris, river safaris, river cruises, bungee jump, gorge swing, ziplining, canoe tour, city tour, cultural tours, birding, rhino safari, guided Victoria Falls tours, Chobe day trip and custom made tours. Do I need to tip?
Tipping is never mandatory, but always highly appreciated. This is the African way.
I made a reservation, now what?
We will reach out to you as soon as possible! If time is of the essence, please give us a call or send a WhatsApp.
I want to change or cancel my reservation.
Things happen: no worries! Please reach out to us as soon as possible to see what we can do.
We have a free cancellation policy up to 24 hours in advance. Less then 24 hours, we will have to charge you 50% for the costs already made.
I have limitations, allergies or special requests.
Please write this down in your website booking or mention this in your WhatsApp, contact form or call. Don't let it be a surprise. We will try to service you in the best way possible.
In the rare case that we can't service you, we will still try to think along and point you in the right direction.

Are there restrictions for some activities?
Yes, for some activities we need to adhere to restrictions to guarantee the safety of you or the people around you. If there are age, fitness, physical or other restrictions, they will be written down in the description of the activity. It is not allowed to join an activity while being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Management reserves the right to turn away people at their discretion.
