A full day to never forget:

We will pick you up in between 6:30 and 7AM at your accommodation. From there, we start our full day together with a nice safari. For our Rhino Safari, you can choose what you want: a game drive or a walking safari. That’s up to you!

In both safari options, we will look for the powerful white rhino’s. In the search for them, we are also likely to spot some elephants, hippo’s, crocodiles, giraffes, different types of birds and some small game. This will take about 3 hours.

After the safari, we will head to the water to do a nice Boat Cruise along the Upper Zambezi. This includes lunch on the boat. From the boat, we are very likely to spot multiple animals on the river banks. This will also take about 3 hours.

Included:

Differences game drive / walking safari

Both the activities start with a car. We will drive into the park, where we will try to spot game. The game drive does that whilst driving, the people from the walking safari get out of the car. 

During the walking safari, we get off road and zoom in on what we find on the ground, as well as in the distance or air. It’s an easy walk, just a small level of fitness is required. 

With both options we try to get close to the animals around us, but always safe.

We can’t guarantee to spot wildlife. However, the chances are high to spot big game on this day:

• Rhinos - 100%

• Hippos - 100%

• Crocodiles - 100%

• Giraffes - 90%

• Zebra - 90%

• Water buffaloes - 90%

• Wildebeest - 90%

• Elephants - depending on the season (April - Dec 80%)

Bring along:

• Passport

• Payment in cash (USD or Kwacha)

• Sun cream

• Comfortable shoes

• Mosquito spray

• Vest or jacket for the cold mornings/evenings

• Some cover from the sun

• Some cover from the rain/water

• When you do a walking safari: high socks or long pants are recommended
