Change, Cancellation & Refunds policy

1. Change or cancellations by customer:

All-inclusive packages, activities or safaris booked:

You are entitled to cancel or change your order at all time. Cancelation is free, until 24 hours before the activity is scheduled. Within those 24 hours, we will have to send you a fee of 50% of the booking.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Custom made African Adventures:

When we design a custom made adventure together, we will ask you for a down payment of 50% before we start booking all your desires. We can always discuss changes, but cancellation will cost you the 50% down payment. Exceptions may be made in favor of the customer.

When the down payment needs to be higher then 50%, the company will give a clear argumentation accompanying the request.

2. Change or cancellations by provider:

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that our organization cannot be held liable or responsible for any changes, delays, or cancellations made to planned activities. While we strive to execute all scheduled programs smoothly, certain factors—including inclement weather, climate conditions, wildlife behavior, and operational adjustments by our third-party partner organizations—remain entirely outside of our control. In the event that a schedule modification or cancellation becomes necessary, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you promptly and present a suitable alternative. However, we do not guarantee exact replacements or direct refunds for disruptions caused by unforeseen external circumstances, and ultimate resolution will be pursued in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
